“I work at Mocha Mama’s.” (This is a coffee shop that was started by Community Vision to give people with disabilities the opportunity to have meaningful employment.)
What do you do?
“I put stuff away when it’s closing time and clean off the tables. I sweep the floor and take out the garbage.”
What interests do you have?
“I like seeing people that I know.” (Doug lives close to the Hawthorne District and goes to 3 coffee shops regularly. He has many friends in the community that he enjoys saying hi to.)
